The Brad Pitt Workout

Brad Pitt's physique first got a huge notice in the movie Fight Club. He was ripped up and more people ended up talking about his body than the movie. He claims he was about 155 pounds at 4 or 5% bodyfat, and these cannot be far off. The following is what I found of Brad Pitt's workout program for this movie. It's not quite the bodybuilding type workout most people would think, but does incoporate some of that in. Here you go guys:
