Alright guys, here is the strength training program I promised you. I'm gonna explain exactly what it is. Now in order to develop that maximal strength I talked about in my last post, very heavy weight must be used. This will permit a very small number of repetitions, at most just 5. Long rest periods between sets and short workouts will make up this program. With my workout, you will follow a vertical training program. You will understand more what that means when you look at the program. Basically, I want you to do 1 set of bench press, then 1 set of squat, and so on till you get back to your second set of bench press. It is called vertical because you are going right down the list of different exercise instead of horizontal across the board and doing all your bench press and then all your squat. Get it? Focus on explosion on every set and if you follow this workout exactly how I explain I guarantee you will get stronger. If not, you can start posting on my blog instead of me! Sound good?
